Instructions: 
    0) Prepare funds in webwallet: there should be several utxos available:

        * send funds to yourself several times in order to create utxos for Helios, BTC version supports picking multi-UtXO per party

        Hit "Fill In BTC" to fill in default fields. Hit "Clear" to clear.

    1a) Hit "Gen Opening Tx", it will autofill utxos from wallet if fields left empty (for Helios)
    1b) Copy opening tx into Tx field ("Sign and Broadcast" subsection), hit "Sign", hit "Broadcast"
        * BTC version auto-signs afetr you hit "Gen Opening Tx", so only "Broadcast" is required
    1c) Copy signed tx id into "Opening TxId" field

    2) Hit "Request Commitment" ("Query Oracle" section) and wait for fact to arrive
 
    3a) Hit "Gen Closing Tx"
    3b) Copy closing tx into Tx field ("Sign and Broadcast" subsection), hit "Sign", hit "Broadcast" 
        * BTC version auto-signs afetr you hit "Gen Opening Tx", so only "Broadcast" is required
